Once your order is placed:

• Your order will enter processing status
• Changes may not be possible once packing begins

3. CANCELLATION OF ONE-TIME ORDERS
You may request cancellation of a one-time order before it has been dispatched.
To cancel:

• Order number
• Full name
• Email used at checkout
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible and the order will be treated under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
