1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Due to the nature of animal feed supplements and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Please ensure you read product descriptions carefully before ordering.
This does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

2. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. NO PHYSICAL RETURNS REQUIRED
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not require faulty items to be returned.
Once your claim is verified:
You will be offered either:
• ✅ A full refund, or
• ✅ Store credit for future purchases
The choice will be confirmed with you during the resolution process.

Approved refunds will be:
• Processed within 5–10 working days
• Returned to the original payment method
• Confirmed by email

5. STORE CREDIT TERMS
If store credit is selected:
• Credit will be issued electronically
• Valid for 12 months from issue date
• Non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash

Refunds or credits will not be issued where:
• Damage occurred after delivery due to misuse
• Product was stored incorrectly
• Instructions were not followed
• Claims are submitted outside the notification timeframe
• Promotional or clearance items are marked as final sale
